Kelly has been with Scott and Fenderson since 2007. Her primary focus is on Personal Injury claims. She meets with the clients, oversees the claims, directly deals with the insurance companies and has vast experience helping clients with their automobile property damage claims. Kelly also specializes in demand writing.
Kelly obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida, majoring in Legal Studies. She excelled in her studies and was on the Honor Roll and Dean’s list. She was a member of the UCF Trial Team where she competed and won many National competitions. She was also a member of the American Sign Language Club.
Kelly obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University, College of Law. As an honor student at Stetson, she received the Hearne Environmental Law Award along with the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award. She also served as the president of the Animal Legal Defense Fund.
